Thanks.
A second car arrived here and I can confirm the paint cracking on the blue is not isolated. Not a real deal breaker, but very odd.
I think I will give this car a coat of clear to be safe.

Bring the Copperhead layout and help me install it...we will trade.

I know, that's above and beyond but hey, because it's you!

Very nice report. I just got the MOMO Prosche the other day and found the same problems as you did. The paint on the MOMO is good. I went the other route and changed out the running gear front and back with Slot-it parts ( I really hate plastic press on wheels ) After changing out the running gear and the guide (replaced with a scaleauto guide) The car ran very smooth on my routed track. And really is worth the money. And it is very much like the Flyslot and SRC cars.
But this may not be the car for the beginner racer. They will not have the tools or knowledge to fix the few problems the car has.. But for us old timers this is a nice car to add to the collection.

Yes, Bruce made no mistake. But I think some little boy REALLY wants this car though :)
