That looks great Sgt.!, I have a Sprite body I've wanted to do a build for, this looks like a great option!

Now Sarge, you need to go one step further and build a brass scratch built chassis for one of those little Sprites. My tutorial on using a honeycomb shows a small chassis for an Abarth 1000 that is almost exactly the same size as the Sprite and also the same as a Mini.
Cheers,
Keith

To me building small cars is a challenge, and that's what makes them fun. Neat looking Sprite Bugeye. They are addictive. :)

Good option for the chassis Dave, combining the pcs front end etc.
I never even thought of that.
I like the eye balls in the headlights good touch.
Makes you wonder where the drivers legs were in the real thing dosent it.
How does she handle?

I have size 13 feet and I drove a Bugeye (the Brits called it Frogeye) for the Austin-Healy of Canada team in Ontario many years ago- and when I say drove, I mean warmups, not allowed over 30mph. I was 15 at the time. The owner lived a few doors down, and I was the "Bayou Boy cast adrift in Canada", and they were very kind to me.
