Copper and brass headers

I used 14 gage copper wire and 3/16 id brass tubing......Cut 4 3" lengths of wire and solder them into the tubing....I used my frame bending jig to make the first bend uniform, the rest are bent individualy

I use solder for the manifold pipes, and brass tube for a collector, but it is pretty tricky to solder them into the collector, so I superglue them. I hate using superglue, so I'm tickled with this new method. I can't wait to get finished with all this crap I'm doing so I can build a stack of these guys. I've been stacking up bodies for nearly a year.
