I received a small compact box in the mail yesterday from Shotgun Dave. My first thought, was "Wow, that was fast- across the country from California!" After opening the box, I started taking out Mini Cooper resin castings, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,...that's all we ordered...7, 8, 9...what the? 10 total car bodies in that small box, including a bonus Sprite! It was like the circus clown car - how did he fit them all in there? :handgestures-thumbup:



Dave tossed in some blemished bodies because he knows I like to heavily modify my cars. I can tell you, these are barely compromised, and as a racer, I like 'em thin and light. Methe 05 is getting a few of these beauties too. I've got an embarassment of riches to work on when I can make some time. VTEC's Rallycross Mini might be an inspiration too.

A couple of the newer members on here that run at the same track I do, expressed an interest in building one of those after they saw how much fun everyone had with them last time. :)

Will keep an eye open for an update in the future!
