That color is great on that car. I'm sure most would agree. The way I look at it, I'm not a purist so I would paint it a color I liked. That's the cool thing about this hobby, you can do what ever pleases you. :)

Love the Gran Sport. A few years back, I painted one red&white, thinking the same thing you did- I like it, and that's reason enough to have my it way. I'd love to see yours and mine in a picture, it would make rivet counters flip!

The GS sure does look great.
I just obtained one of the George Turner McLaren M1 kits.
The workmanship is outsanding. I do believe there will be more of these kits in my future.

That color looks about ten feet deep on the Vette, excellent choice!!
As you can tell the Boyz always keep thinking "what would that look like?"
And the green looks excellent!!
