I had a great time....Thanks to Harry & Cindy for the wonderful hospitality.
I learned a great deal from all the PROFESSIONALS that were there.
The door prizes are great & thanks to all who provided them.
I had such a good time I forgot I had my camera in my back pocket the whole day.

A resin seminar with David and Dave? You could have charged enough for admission to fund the meat! (and just think how much meat that was!)

I am home! Wow! Every visit to HRW HQ just gets better! My thanks to our incredibly gracious host for putting together such a great event and putting up with us! No better people anywhere in my book.

I LOVED getting to meet Junior, Dan, Cheater and Pickles - long on my bucket list and they didn't disappoint. Great builders, racers and people.

Meeting Fry Daddy was super and wow did he fit right in with this crazy group.

It was very nice getting to meet StrangeBrew and talk resins, tires, and pigeons!

Everyone's boxes were a virtual treasure chest and I loved seeing the diversity of how things are done.

I got to catch up with Dixon John, met my taller twin, Nick, and talked life stuff with Professor Tom - always one of my to-do's. I even forgot to ask Razor about his jig since we were talking 3D stuff.

Shotgun is like the punk brother I never had and I love spending time with him. Dude has a heart of gold.

A special treat was meeting the rest of the Wise clan. I loved getting to know them and their three kids reaffirmed my faith that young persons can be excellent - oh, and I won't lie - all three of them kicked my tail in racing. I would gladly lose to all of them in a heartbeat again.

Cindy and Harry? Well they are family in my book. I cannot count the things they do for others. I think it is safe to say that this hobby would dim significantly in my life without them.

Finally, I have to thank my wife who basically forced me to go on this trip even though there was a huge snow storm coming. The Fetching Mrs Reinecke not only took care of thing at home but moved 4' of snow off the driveway. I love this woman and do not deserve her.

So at 5:40 this morning, I snuck out of HQ and pointed Tigger West towards home. After a beautiful sunrise, I was treated to a deluge of rain in Kansas that at least washed most of the monster bugs off. It was dry all the way home to my great surprise.

I actually took this:

Where is all of the snow? Finally got a little about 70 miles from home:

And drove up to this - note: a foot already melted off by the time I got there and the streets were dry! The Big Man upstairs was surely watching over my journey!

I just wanted to say thanks also, Harry and The Boss are the best hosts I've had the pleasure to meet in my life, very rarely do you go somewhere and feel like it's home in this day and age!

It was really cool to meet all of you guys and finally see all of the bad a## talent in all aspects of the hobby, I was amazed to say the least and I had the pleasure to drive some really cool cars, thanks to everyone and I hope we can get together soon!

The door prizes were awesome, thanks to all who donated!

The "Slotburger" was the best, no b.s. Burger I've ever had! I didnt finish it but my wingman Tom stepped up to the plate and sacrificed himself and finished it :D
