It's always a Catch 22

It's always a Catch 22. In order to get Part B, ya gotta give up Part A....

For too long now, I've been rebuilding my garage so I can have a better garage to run slots in, complete with new routed digital track. That's now within a reach, but what to do with the other crap that was in the garage? The rolling tool chest, MIG welder, gas welder, air compressor, all the lawn care tools, antique racing outboards, family bicycles(bike nut here too). It goes on and on.

Like everyone else, money is tight. Looking like I might have to build a shed, at least a 12X16 shed with 8X16 side porch. Well, only money is tied up in afore mentioned collection of old crap, slots too  It's doable, I can knock the building out, but materials cost. Once built, I've sold all the crap that I needed the space for in the beginning for anyway

In the meantime, I'll just think about it.....

Yep...it is always something. I have learned to keep certain things that have intrinsic value - the slots, certain toys from our kids that we know their kids will enjoy in the future. Most other crap - if it hasn't been used in two years, off to charity. The storage room and garage are much more manageable now.

I have crap that will never be used but its special to the wife, so I just keep working around it

Anyone need a 1960's craftsman reel type push mower, no gas, no electric,
I bet if you made your kid cut the grass with this thing you would be arrested for child abuse :naughty:
