Depends on the price. If it is cheap enough, I'll fix what's wrong. But if I have to pay premium dollar
for it, I want it to be right.

I buy cars I like. If they run great out of the box that is just a bonus for me. If they need a little work that's OK too. There is always room for improvement. I personally haven't had many run great out of the box. :)
