My mother is insistant on roast of pork and all the trimmings even when it's 40℃ outside. Me? I'd rather just salads. There is a growing tradition for seafood for Christmas, but that gets a bit pricy.

But, in typical holiday tradition,whatever it is there will be lots and lots of it.

Enjoy whatever you do.
