Cold Enough?

I have been waking up to -51 with the wind chill the last few days. It actually got up to -20 C today and actually felt warm after the bone chilling cold.

Yup, Mpls was -20 air temp with wind chills at -50 or more. The sort of day when you start the car at lunch to make sure it starts at the end of the day. When you put the key in the ignition instead of "ding ding" you get "bleaaaaaaaaaaaah".
They called off school for two days, apparently scared of the kids out waiting for the bus.
We get a week or so each winter that is like this. 10-15 above is balmy by comparison.. :lol:
It's manageable....you need to bundle up but not go much of anywhere not necessary.

110 degrees f here for the last few days (42c) I swear I thought I was going to croak it at work yesterday and Monday. I'll swap with you guys for 24 hours. Although I must admit I'd soon be crying about the cold.
