Photobucket screwed

The folks at photobucket have hired a nephew or someone to re-do the site and everything is messed up. Its a mess. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes to do anything.

They asked me if I want to use the old or new style site....I chose 'Old'......

I chose the look at the new version button too. Used it for a couple of weeks and I didn't like it. Maybe it is because I am too old and that familiarity is my comfort zone but my albums seemed harder to find and I had to open each photo that I wanted to link to rather than link from general pics in the album. I found a button in the upper right corner of the home page screen that allowed me to return to the old format which I did.

I did the same as Mike. I worked witht the beta site for a few weeks, submitting feedback and requests and suggestions, but none of what I wanted seemed either possible or "Cool" enough for the developers, so eventually I switched back to the old format.

It seems to me the new stuff is all about connecting to social media, and all I want is something to manage my photos and to link them to the boards I read.

Tough getting old, I guess.....!

Yes, I think I've already got it.

Also, I tried Photobucket and couldn't get it to work in either new or old versions - simply ignored commands half the time.

Not wasting any more time there.

Anybody suggest better alternative?

After I chose the old version, which isn't the same as it was before they fouled it up, I had to close and reopen it to get it to work at all. I'll give them until the end of this coming week. If they can't get operational by then, I'll fire them and start again.
