Costwolds travel

We´ll go to Bath/Bristol/Costwolds this summer.
Does anyone knows some interesting slot related places?
I mean shops and so on.

Sorry, it's the wrong end of the country for me; so I've no first hand experience.

There is a branch of a chain of model shops, called Antics in Bristol(just Google them for details). I doubt that they've got anything out of the ordinary, but they sometimes have good offers.

You may have seen ads for the Scalextric Slot Car Centre, at Cheddar;but I think they are mail order only.

If you're here for a while, a visit to Pendle's wouldn't be out of the question, but you'd have to be prepared for a day in the car,as they are only open to visit on a Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.An early start from Bristol would get you up to Lancashire in time to spend the afternoon melting a credit card! :D

Hope someone with better knowledge of South West England can help.
