Very cool assortment of pics this time. The camera in the Ford MkIV pic is almost exactly where I was standing for the start in 1988!
Love the Cunningham! The Pacer goes to show people will race anything! I think she needs some help adjusting that wing.

That is awesome, right there. This car is one of the reasons I am who I am. I spent years wearing holes in my Sears Toughskin jeans racing my Aurora version on the carpeting. I told Pete Brock himself that it was one of the reasons I stayed out of trouble as a kid. I still have my original one and most of the Revell ones. Fantastic machine. I really don't think many cars have rivaled it's looks since.

Thanks for all of the cool old pics guys. I'll bet car #17 found it easyer to park it on the roof then it was to get the car off of the roof.

I believe the formula cars waiting on the grid are Formula V or Formula III cars. Organizers sometimes
run multiple classes together. Just the same, I think I would group similar classes together, rather
than sedans with open wheelers.

Harry I figured since you were into 1/24 bombers you might use the the 53 Studes for inspiration with one of the old AMT kits!
