What's your preferred real daily driver?

My daily driver is a 1988 Mercury Sable with 160,000 plus miles on it, and still going strong. I all so have 2 Ford F150 pick ups, one is a 1986 2 wheel drive I bought new in 86.[300 six with an Offy 4bl intake and 4bl Holley and headers, and 4 speed stick shift]. The other is a 1988 4 wheel drive 300 six 5 speed stick shift. I seem to hang onto things in till they just don't go no more or rust out so bad you can see the road through the floor. For toys I have two 1970 Subaru 360's [Kind of looks like a VW bug that went through the car wash and shrunk to about 1/2 size]. And a 1963 Ford Fairlane that was my high school hot rod back in 1977 waiting for me to find the time to restore it. Other cars I've had in the past are a 1970 Mercury Marquis with a 429-V8, a 1972 Maverick [6 and a 3 speed], A mid 70's Chrysler, a mid 70's Plymouth wagon, a 93 Escort wagon, a 51 Chevy Panel Truck, a 1970 Ford F100, and a 1975 Dodge Tradesman 300 cargo van, [still have the van, just can't afford to drive it much. 8 to 10 MPG on a good day].

Actually I have two cars, but this one is my favorite for obvious reasons. The other car is a 2007 Cobalt SS. Before I retired I drove the 2001 Camaro SS to work whenever the weather was half way decent. I had a 1991 Camaro Z28 that was replaced by a 1999 Camaro SS. That car was totaled with only 12000 miles when I got forced off the road and hit a Jersey barrier.

Comes in at 9000 lbs. And yes my prefered as I get paid to drive it 10 hours a day. So it's also pretty much my daily driver

Full disclosure, my "B" car, owned since new - a 2000 Subaru Legacy L 5-speed stick...I use this one for when you park in door-ding areas, bad weather trips to Canada, and running the kids to school. It's also used for hauling lumber for my slot car track builds! But seriously, I love this car. Changed out the timing belt, clutch, and a few other things and it should keep on running for another 150k.

@ FootScoot - nice Fiat! Love the pinstriping on the Grand Marquis and busport63 I detect a slight R Gruppe flavor to your 911... and a synchro T3, krickey mate I'm sending you a pm. Just so all you Detroit horsepower owners take note- I'm not all phooey with German cars, my very first car was a 1965 Pontiac Tempest with 326ci V8, bias ply tires and the 2-speed auto box. It even had a cool air AC that would blow snow! I'm going to have to upload my "other" preferred cars I've owned, you guys are pulling all the stops out here.

@ListerStormGT, @old johnny - Toyota love runs deep with me too! I owned a 1982 Toyota Pick-Up long bed 4WD (Hilux for yaa downunda) and after about 5 months, the old girl 22R needed a valve job. So, with the racing spirit in mind, I called TRD in SoCal and asked if an 18RG (2,0 litre twin cam) bolts on the 22R bell housing - Ahyup. Properly stuffed a Toyota 18RG with dual side draft 36 Mikuni's in her. Also rebuilt the front leafs by adding one long helper leaf on each side from the rear of a Ford F250 4x4. Tires of choice were Goodyear Terra XTs.
