Well believe it or not I went away overnight to race in The Snowy City of Barrie.
I needed the break so, it was a nice change. Sorting cars was a challenge as most of my regular racers were submerged, but Only 2 o f the 4 classes were affected.
My Classic Stock Car is David Pearsons ( Carrera ) on a metal chassis .
Didnt do so well , and my Classic Lemans ( SRC Porsche ) ran okay , but not like it used too.
My Resin Matra made the podium , and my Grp C slot it was one step down from the podium , but it was very close, any way had fun.
The pump is still running by the floor drain , so the seal cant be perfect.
But things continue to dry up.Tomorrow more stuff gets moved upstairs , so, that Tuesday I'm ready for the contractors.
I dont think there is a blockage as I used the drain innthe fall and it was fine, just the level of ground water is causing the issue. I think a sump hole and pump setup will resolve the issue though.
Anyway lads onwards and upwards. Appreciate all the support from you guys.
Thanks
Bob
