I finished installing front and rear bumpers on my Jeep this past weekend. Whew! The stock ones were 90% plastic and weighed about 10 pounds in total. I put on full-width ones from Bestop that are seriously stout. I still have to mount the light bar on the front as well as the lights but this thing is getting there. I really love driving this silly thing and cannot believe how awesome it is off road!

Nice Looking JK David! How are you liking the Duratracs so far? Did you get much snow time on them. I'm probably going to need new tires later this year and I'm stuck between the Duratracs, Falken Wild Peaks and good old BFG all terrains. I won't get another set of mud terrains, my heavy duty wheeling days are behind me. I just need to be good in snow and rain.

I love to GY Duratracs. I've heard of issues with the Falkans being too heavy and not wanting to balance.

Ok the Falkens are eliminated. I do my own tire rotations and the 75 lb. per tire Hankook MT's are killing my old bones.

Wait until you pull a stock Moab wheel and the GY off the carrier...but at least the tire is under 60 lbs!
