Thanks to HRW,I just found out there are about a dozen tracks within reasonable driving distance of my home!.
Old Jaybird shared this with me, A couple are commercial tracks, and the rest are Home tracks with groups of racers. How cool is that! I need only to get hooked up with these folks, and maybe i can broaden my Horizons so to speak.
Not sure about this though? The further you get towards the North Georgia Mountains, the faster the cars get!, Some of the best 1;1 racers in the country have come from that area, I doubt slot racers are much different!

Dont know what kind of cars they run yet, hoping to hear back soon. But maybe they like old beat up Jalopy's and Bombers too! wouldnt that be great.

Steve, That sounds like a pretty versatile group then. I can cover just about any kind of racing / cars, except 1/24th.
Dont have any of those any more. But 1/32, oh yea, any size shape and brand available. The getting together is the best part for sure. looking forward to racing with you gents one day!

Do a good inspection of those mountain boys' cars and look for 1/32 scale moonshine cells built into the car. :lol: :lol: :lol:
