Hi Rick, sorry to hear of your problem, and hope it gets resolved very quickly.
As a retired copper, I just wanted to put a bug in your ear about social media.
I am sure you are aware of it, but if you tap into Facebook etc and other links your niece may have used in her daily routine, you may catch a line or two she has posted.
You can also hit the friends list especially her common friends and let them know you are looking for her.

Geez, Rick. Any chance she would wander our way toward Virginny? How close are you to that part of the family? I guess you have heard from the authorities by now if they know about you, in terms of who the family members are. Any word from the family so far? Keep us posted.
