Proud dad moment I want to share with my slot car family:

After much hard work, LT Reinecke has graduated WPAFB with his Masters. He also earned the prestigious General Poe Award:
Awarded to the author(s) of the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) thesis judged to provide the most significant contribution to an understanding of the historical factors affecting an Air Force or Department of Defense problem, event or process.

Getting his award this morning:


He's obviously much more handsome and smarter than his dad...

We then awarded him some unique Air Force challenge coins in front of Bock's Car .

The woman in blue is the Secretary of the Air Force.

An awesome day that is being followed with a full museum day tomorrow and a nice dinner out.

Congrats are in order. Further, I will say that all of the AFIT grads I worked with/for seemed to be "real" people (the vets on here will understand what I mean). Dave, tell him an old NCO thinks it's great that he gave his old man something to brag about! :text-bravo: :text-bravo: :text-bravo:
