Since the commercial slot shop seems to be back on track (so to speak,) I am venturing from 1/43 into the larger scales. I have already built a 1/25 1940 Ford Tudor Sedan as well as a 1/25 dirt track Camaro. Uncle Sal at the Nerf Fab Shop is tinkering with a 1/32 Lindberg 1952 Chevy Fleetline fastback with a Leggo knock off ladder chassis. Big Vinnie is drawing up plans for a Fleetline with a popsicle stick chassis, while Tony "Two-Ton" Stewarti is fabricating a similar set up for a Lindberg '36 Ford Roadster that has become a coupe. Danica Particice has blueprinted a popsicle set-up for a Lindberg '32 Ford Roadster that will sport a roll cage.
Getting 1/32 wheels/tires. gears, axles, guide shoes, etc has been hard since the hobby shop folded but some repurposed 1/43 running gear, combined with soft rubber meats from friction vehicles may have to do.
The main objective is to prototype an economical, easy-to-build set-up for young racers. When the track is open for business, we will stock the needed parts.

PS-I am still refurbishing the 1/43 layout into the GB oval track and banger classes I mentioned before.
