Yes, I said life is GOOD!! I have completed my first two weeks of the new rehab they sent me to. I have to attend it 7 hours a day for a month with weekly follow ups. I have three hours of PT and three hours of class time. The classes are for learning strees reduction, proper eating, meditation ect. There way is too think of recovery of a serious injury as a "whole body" concept. I did not wholly understand how depressed I was and how that with my disability was truly affecting my life. I can say without a dought I feel better today than I have in two years!!! Since surgery and after the last two PTs I strugled to do 1 push-up. When I got home today I got down a did 5 while my Wife Doni watched with a smile. I will keep giving my recovery 150% as I "cantstopnow". For the first time I see a end to this dark time of my life. I know there will still be ups and downs, but the worst off this is behind me. Thank You to My Wife Doni for your complete and unwavering support. I know this has been as hard on you as it has been on me. Also Thank You to homeracingworld for the kind words and support. John W.

Thanks Guys!!! Feeling good today. I was able to put up some shelves my Wife Doni has been wanting, just eight screws and setting the shelves on. But I did it!! Working on my track now, will post in the oval forum about that. John W.

Thanks all for the support. They are kicking my butt, but getting stronger daily. Weight is going down and Wife Doni says she is starting to see her man again. Was told that I would only be able to do light duty work for a living. I can live with that and they will provide retraining. Not much I can do about damaged tendons. Still giving it 150% and really looking forward about life. I have not forgotton that Harry laid down a challange with his orange camaro with my white brass chassie camaro build :auto-driving: Good reason for a road trip :lol:
