On the Move!

Soon, condo living will be history, as well as my address in Pitt Meadows. We are moving into a really nice suite in our daughter's house in Maple Ridge.

The great news, it has a cosy little nook for my hobby to continue and best yet, a double garage with a bare wall, on which I can hang a track. I am already planning a three lane oval with a lift out section to go to an infield road course. It will be all function, I don't plan any scenery except contrasting paint and barriers. Maybe some advertising stickers on those, and a few posters on the wall behind. My plan is a footprint of about 5x14 or 5x16, hinged along the wall so it can be folded up when the car needs in.

Another great adventure is about to begin, and this time it includes slot cars, eh?

Cheers,

Keith

Hi Keith,

So it happened and you're going to be further east.

How much longer will the drive be to Luf's?

Okay, so what can we do for you... transcontinentally? I have a collection of 1960s era ads for barrier walls. It was an HRW posting I kept all these years. Talk to us during the big transition. I know we always say that, but don't forget its real.

Dan:

It is about ten kilometres further out, but through the downtown of Haney (Maple Ridqge) so about twenty minutes longer each way. Fortunately I will be going in against the rush hour traffic, and coming home late evening when the traffic is low.

Iam looking forward to it, and it is a really nice house and suite.
