A happy and safe 4th of July weekend to all our HRW members and their families!
Let's see what kind of job NBCSN does on it's first NASCAR weekend.
We'll have MLB on FOX Sports1 (Yankees @ Tampa Bay), FIFA Women's World Cup 3rd place game on FOX (England vs. Germany),
and the Xfinity 250 @ Daytona tonight on NBCSN. Tomorrow's action will start early on CNBC with F1 @ the British Grand Prix.
ESPN brings us the NHRA from Ohio, and FOX presents the FIFA Women's World Cup championship game (USA vs. Japan).
Wrapping up, we've got NASCAR's Cup series under the lights @ Daytona on NBC.
Lots of other action, too -- including saluting our flag, family and friends, BBQ, fridge, fireworks, ect.

I've already started my 4 day cooking projects. So far, we've had special 6 inch tall chilicheeseburgerdogs, next day smoked sausage from the grill with roasted corn, today is ribs, and tomorrow is hot dogs and corn dogs. Woof-woof! (that's my dog impression)
*Anyone remember that movie reference? Its actually a double, same actor two movies.

Oof. Food coma begins now. The ribs were a huge success. I did them with a pineapple glaze this time. Very rich. This will be the last time I do it, but it was good. Pineapple juice and bits make a nasty mess on the grill. I'll be power washing it tomorrow, no doubt.
