Home from the hospital

2 or 3 members knew I was going for a heart cath on Wednesday. Well it turned into an angioplasty and 2 stents (now makes a total of 3) and was kept overnight. I have a (further) adjusted diet and yet another drug to take  I'm allowed to return to work on Saturday (light duty). I'm happy they were able to fix the problem in a "simple" way but I am definitely leery of any chest discomfort now! Back to a normal routine!

Glad they were able to find the problem and do the repair all at the same time.

Feel better, take it a little slower for awhile...........

Glad to hear you're in better health now. If you went to the VA, good luck with the physical therapy. But on the bright side, the physical therapy will really help as I found out on my elbow.

Thank you all! You guys are the best! Yes the diet gets adjusted and am on light duty for the next week (due to the incision in my leg). Not something I want to do again in the near future :(

ccobra, I don't get to use the VA since I'm a retiree (Tricare). As far as therapy goes my Doc thinks doing chores around the place and my pt job will suffice.

Geez, Sarge. I could have helped a lot with all this. Long story short, been there done that- twice.

Stay cool. Nothing is more important than "maintaining an even strain", and you know what that means... we're old.
