Checking if anyone knows of any slot car shops in the Newport area?

I don't know if it's still there but the only one I can think of was in Tiverton, R.I.I think it was called Restful Valley.It was on the Reality Raceway Site.

There was one in Warwick, don't know if it's still open. Whenever I'm in RI visiting I can never schedule any time to be there at the right time!
The guy who took over my good friend's business (the late Dan DeLude) Darlington Hobbies was also relocated somewhere in RI, under a different name.
Sorry to be so vague with the info, but that's all I've got off the top of my head.

The track in Warwick is long gone. Darlington raceway I have no idea were it went.

It is a shame that slot car shops are so few and far between, particularly out west here. But on the other hand the Internet is open 24/7. There is just no instant gratification. Just staring at the mailbox.

The track in Tiverton is Hobbies & Things. They still have a website. I checked the Scale Auto Racing News site for RI listings, that site is out of date and it looks like the other tracks are out of business. Modelville Hobby in Ashland MA has a lot of 1/24th scale tracks and stocks cars and parts for 1/24th, 1/32nd and HO. In the same building is LenJet Raceway, also with many tracks, it is operated as a club. If you would like to visit LenJet it would be best to check in advance.
