Well i picked up Doc tonight. He is in town for work again. We had great conversation on the way to dinner. I took him to the best drive-in in MN!! He got a burger and fries of course. Not sure why the southern boys pick on him for eating rabbit food.... Twice now we have done dinner and he has gotten a burger. From there we went to my place and ate the grub and introduced hime to my family. Then it was slot time! We headed to the shed to play on my subpar track. My MN crew came out to see my new track and Doc. We had a blast. I hope Doc took more pics then i did. I had a blast watching them all race and talk trash. Great night. Thanks all!!!

I want a hamburger fries and some slot time :pray:

I forgot i took this pic for the photo contest. We raced these three monograms after steve and paul left. This was the finishing order. Perfect for the theme this month!

Doc has been safely returned to downtown Minneapolis. Wha a great night of racing, tuning talk and mayhem on the track. Steve...your slot cave is wonderful.......can't wait to get back out your way

The Doctor is IN!

I gave Steve less than a week of notice and he not only finished his man-cave, but the oval was even landscaped! I met his lovely bride, two great kids, and great dogs!

It was great seeing old friends again, eating a great burger, and tearing up some new cars and track! The walls have some new paint smears and I'm pretty sure everything else will buff out!

I will say my old Monogram Charger hauled the mail on this track!!! We had some close racing, some crazy lineups (Jalopy vs NSR P68 - what the...?) and some good laughs!

Last Sunday one of our racers up here in the Buffalo area, hosted a cookout !!
We had a lot of racers and their wives/girlfriends at the party.
It is nice to put faces with the names of people I have heard about for nearly 3 years.
We had hot dogs and all brought a dish to pass. What a great afternoon.

Omigosh! A short joke! You really are a close friend of the Saladmunchingdoctorofslotcarbodies! Or maybe I got that wrong... Doctor of Ruffage and Resination? Herald of Evolutionary Downsizing, Ph.D?

Whatever the designation, the guy who is likely to outlive us all will handle it just fine.
