Today, Leadfinger1 came to the shop to visit. We "ran in" motors, trued tires, talked about lots of slot car stuff, and ran his car after a few adjustments. And just before we broke it up for him to go to a race, I got a package with a recent HRW For Sale purchase in it. We got to open it up together, and what a great deal that turned out to be! Thanks, William!! I'll put them to good use! We had a ball, and we'll do this again. Now I know why Harry gets such a kick out of visitors to HRW Central. Next time, I'll cook, too!

I have a blast hanging out and tuning cars! Wish I had a business where I could do that all the time.

I've been thinking about the pictures I missed taking all evening. There were some good ones, too. Watching Dennis running his new and improved chassis with the driver glued to the chassis floor was priceless. Unfortunately, it was set up for the race next week, not the one he was going to tonight.
