Not really going for a ratrod look, just a daily driver that will see plenty of truck use. Engine will receive the normal upgrades such as custom valve covers, dress up items and so on. Maybe a mild cam if it goes well. Stainless headers on are the way, along with a new Edelbrock carb, and MSD Ignition. Finishing up the engine mounts today.

What a cool project. Did that Ford clip actually slide into those rails like that or did you have to massage it. I know that pics never give a true perspective but If that starter is a tight as it looks, a mini starter would gain you some clearance. Also if your rear tires need to be "trued" most rebuilders offer an E58 (lil red) converter for reasonable.
Cheers
Randy

Okay, Christmas is over, get back to OUR truck. We've adopted it. I want a video with sound when that thing cranks the first time.
