Experimenting tonight I got a prepared rack of ribs ( I know it’s not the same but they’re easy and tasty) I’m cooking them on the bbq but to mix it up I separated the sauce and mixed in some Plumbers Applepie Moonshine to baste them with. Oh ya I should mention there’s a tray of apples smothered in brown sugar, butter and moonshine next to the ribs should be a good feed :banana-dance:

Lol. Had ribs tonight too prepared by Costco lol. And me on the Webber.
A little Paul Newman sauce, fresh corn and baked taters.
Was a great feed Dave.

Sounds delicious! We do ribs low (225 degrees) and slow (6 hours) in our smoker with apple juice in the water bowl for moisture. Basted with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce for last 2 hours. But never tried apples with brown sugar as a side, will have to do that.
I also recommend making a double batch of honey cornbread with half a can of Mexi-corn added. Dribble some honey on the slices before eating. Add cole slaw or a salad (homemade macaroni) and your favorite beverage for culinary heaven.

Woof! What a regional difference!
We do pork ribs of all kinds, fresh from the butcher. Marinated in a high vinegar sauce overnight or, alternatively, rubbed with Rendezvous rub, slow grilled at 200 degrees, and basted during the last 20 minutes with sweet sauce. We don't do corn anymore since the only corn you can buy is that nasty sugary sweet stuff that doesn't taste anything like corn (spoils the appetite), and we grill peach halves with brown sugar, and filled with a mix of mascarpone cheese, sugar and whipped cream. Of course, our macaroni is always hot, baked with cheese and egg, never as a salad. We serve all of it with devilled eggs, Mimosas and fine Mississippi Blues music.

I prefer apples to peaches, and have never been a fan of deviled eggs. But macaroni & cheese is always a good thing. If served with blues music it's all GOOD. BBQ and blues were meant to go together.
