I wanted to carry those tubes when I started carrying scratch building items. But when I looked at what kind of box I needed to ship those and looked at what Canada Post was charging to ship those longer boxes, I realized that it wouldn't be efficient or reasonable to carry those tubes. Most local hobby shops carry them so this is what I recommend, unfortunately.
The rate structure at Canada Post is very different than the rate structure used by USPS south of the border. There's not a single day that goes by without me cursing at that rate structure and how ridiculous it is. But this is what we have to deal with until they change all their routing equipment in their distribution centers (that's what a Canada Post agent once told me).
