Okay, now that we have the understanding of whether it's stuffing or dressing, how about getting down to something basic.

Hamburgers . . . . . the All America grill favorite.

Myself, I prefer 80/20 ground chuck to make my patties with.

After I form the patties, I season them with:
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Cajun Seasoning
Cayenne Powder
Steak Seasoning

Then I cover them with plastic and put them in the refigerator for a few hours.

Works for me.

Paul Prudhomme Meat Magic, 80/20, and charcoal fire! ...most of the time, anyway. I change it all the time.

80/20 burger, fresh minced onion, fresh minced garlic, a little worcestershire sauce. Make patties thin, take 2 insert a slab of velveeta cheese between the 2, seal the edges, put on the grill until the cheese is melted good. Almost illegal for tasting too good. :D
