How the heck did you get the PW to hold together like that? Mine always fall apart when I serve a slice. And it doesn't look like there's a whole lot of peppers and onions in the middle. Did you re-invent it?

Now that's what I call a burger! All meat, no veggies, could use a little Sweet Baby Rays maybe. :D

Uh, ahem...yes I have "adjusted" my recipe. I finely dice all the peppers, onions and mix them in. I still layer it with diced bacon and extra hot peppers though. I did not do that this time.

I agree, that Willys is awesome. Certainly not your average Willys. Nice one Mark.
