Went to Silver Dollar City today and we had a blast!

It was Bluegrass & BBQ Days and some of the cooking going on had me chomping at the bit!



Breakfast. Man were these the best. Big as your face and heated perfectly.

This man knew his stuff. Taters and onions...man the smell drove me crazy.





Some of that sauce was hot! Good thing there was this on hand :)

The hits keep on coming! And bigger! This was fantastic. Ham & Chicken versions...num nums boys!

I think I just gained 10 more pounds looking at these pictures!

BTW - did you install Smell-O-Vision? I swear I can smell the BBQ and that succotash!

I want one of those small size frying pans. That one would take all the burners on my stove. :lol:

That can't be succotash. That's corn and okra, not limas or butterbeans. In fact, that looks like fried okra beside the corn.

What's that dish made with chicken and ham and pole beans?

I cooked a whole, beautiful Vidalia onion today and the house still smells fantastic. I love Spring. Vidalias, new potatoes, birthdays, anniversary, flowers, what's not to love!

That last cooking pan is awesome! You can cook up a mess of food for a bunch of friends all at once!

I think I got some indigestion just looking at all that food!

I do believe I've tasted something like that "Pappy's White Lightning" BBQ sauce. Yummie!

Ok. I recgnized the potatoes and onions. But other than colourful and abundant, what was all that?
