Man!!! If you haven't looked at the listing on ebay yet check it out. There is a whole mess of detail shots of the car. It definately isn't your grandmas car

I think it's neater than heck. The only thing I don't like is the taillights. It would be easy enough to sell them off and buy some Maverick taillights. I've always liked these cars, almost bought a Grabber in green of course. :)

That is cool! I'm still trying to get crap molded after the insanity of the last week.

I believe I've seen this Maverick at a Long Island car show or at Lime Rock Park (or both!).

Back when there were still Mavericks on Ford dealer's new car lots, someone did a really interesting Ford GT version. It was painted to match the LeMans winner- white with a blue stripe, number rondel and everything. The vents were painted on, the front was only slightly modified, but the rear was a really good copy, exhaust tips and all. The car was lowered and had the correct wheels. I think it must have been in a magazine, but I don't remember anything but the great color shots.
