Congratulations to Tom Kristensen, Alan McNish and Loic Duval on winning the 2013 Le Mans 24 hours. Pity that the winner's flag was hung upside down!

Just a couple of years ago it appeared that Audi dethroned Peugeot as the best of Le Mans.

Perhaps Toyota is positioning itself as the heir apparent to Audi's current crown?

Unfortunately we were all reminded that auto racing is a dangerous sport.

But as all the competitors say, "It's Le Mans."

So much anticipation, then it's gone for another year.

Slowest race since 2001. 6 hours of Safety Car laps. Losing a superb driver (the first since 1986), yet it was a very competitive race in all classes.
I'm looking forward to next year, and the rest of the WEC season

This site is just so refreshing as compared to some others.

Perhaps I'm just "spoiled" by the camaraderie shown to all!

Congrats to Audi, but look out, I think Toyota is close to having their number!

I was very happy to see that a full factory effort in years put Vipers in the top 10. Not a bad showing after several years off. I was following them and the only downside they seemed to have after the "restrictors" was the top end speed. The drivers all loved them and said they were very comfortable going the distance.
