Thinkin about a road trip.

Hi All

I have been saving up some cash for a road trip out West again. This time I will be trying to meet up with some of the members on my way through. Jeep Corp has dangled a carrot that has got my attention or more like a challenge. http://www.jeep.com/en/badge-of-honor/? ... irect#home

First stop Linton IN at the Redbird SRA for a couple of trails there.

The second stop puts me going through Harry's neighborhood on my way to the SOUTHERN MISSOURI OFF-ROAD RANCH for a couple of trails there.

Then off to Holyrood KS to sneak up on a SCI member Geno.

Fourth stop Canon Co to take the trail over the mountain to the Great Sand Dunes a trail that was missed last time due to a fire.

Fifth Stop Durango Co to meet up with a buddy of mine's Aunt hopefully to act as a guide to make it up and over four passes Imogene Pass, Black Bear Pass, Ophir Pass and Engineer Pass.

Sixth Stop Monument Co to see Dave since I was within a mile of him the last I was time there and never made the connection that he lived there. Maybe he can hook me up with a local to be my guide for the Holy Cross trail.

Then back US Highway 24 all the way to the Fort with stops like Hannibal Mo and some monster truck racer my son hangs out with in KS Oh yea can't forget the barbecue in KC MO.

I am working on the itinerary now, if anybody has any suggestions on sites on the way please let me know. . .

Howdy Stranger! Sounds like a lot of fun. At least this time you'll have all the bugs worked out of the Jeep before the trip. When are you leaving?
