A public library in Chicago is offering a pop-up "maker lab," allowing members of the general public the opportunity to experiment with 3D printer, a laser cutter, or a milling machine for free.

Wow!!! I live near Chicago and did not know about this. I already have the CAD software, so
if this is actually available to the general public, I will definately make use of it.
