Came down to Branson, MO for a mini-vacation. Pick up our son at the airport tomorrow, so we decided to come a day early and do a little hobby shopping/relaxing.

Good to see HRWJim today. I like Starbucks coffee...just the regular coffee...what ever they name it :)

Then off to the hobby shop right off Branson Landing. Train shop first but they had a small wall of Carrera. What caught my eye? This old pony :drool:



Bad cell phone pic...but old hats know what it is. $32 bucks :) Just had to wipe all the dust off.

Then off to the hotel to check in and look what was parked right outside?



Nice ride and sounds so good it makes you hungry.

So we had to get a little snack.



Not bad for a kids meal. At least it had great flavor!

Sounds like you had a good time, I like the Stang you picked up... that Vette is cool too. The burger might have had great flavor but they aint got nothing on YOUR burgers!

I had one of them and the red corvette - came in my first Carrera set - sold them both when I sold the track - wish I hadn't

Agreed. Looks like you guys had a whale of a day... and that's SUPER nice hobby shop. Nothing on the radar even REMOTELY close that quality around here.
