Based on their website, speedtv.com, I see it becoming more of a "reality show" type channel.
I also see more and more commmercials, especially ones trying to lure people to their other Fox channels.
Just look at all the ads they have on the website, and how the links in the sidebar take you away from the main webpage. It's like they only have it to lure you in, and then they try to take you somewhere else.

Yeah... I was afraid of this. Just like the launch of MTV, everyone was excited to see all the live concert footage presented. Of course, there wasn't much in the way of "purpose made music videos" available yet. Look what a pile of junk that whole mess degenerated into.
When SpeedVision first became available, we saw lots of vintage motorsports events of all types, with a slowly growing mix of modern programming. Now, for the most part, all we can look forward to is more of people yelling at each other while they try to rebuild cars and bikes in unrealistic time frames. I'd even take some new episodes of "Pass Time" as an alternative to that other contrived nonsense!
Will some network please "pick up the ball" and start broadcasting legitimate, modern and vintage motorsports events?
Thankfully, it seems the new NBC Sports Network is doing a good job with the IndyCar and Formula 1 coverage.

Perfect example of what happens when a major corporation lets their market anal-ists decide how
the company should be run.

Alas, the same thing happened to our free-to-air HD sports channel. It started its life playing sports of all kinds, from high end motorsports like F1 and MotoGP, to BMX and wake boarding, even oddities like cliff diving. Now it is constant re-runs of MASH, Get Smart, a dozen different fishing shows and Bond film repeats. The F1 coverage has moved to one of the SD channels.
Like everything is about getting as much money in while spending as little as possible. And that tends to mean lowest common denominator stuff. It seems "specialist" appeal doesn't make money.

Everything Rupert Murdoch (Fox) touches becomes excrement, especially his various slander-for-news outlets. I thought the Brits were going to rid us of this plague when his bunch got caught hacking cell phone conversations years at a time in England, but he got away again. A couple of employees were punished, and he wasn't held criminally responsible.

The nicest thing I can say about Rupert Murdoch is that his mother was a darling and his late sister Helen and brother-in-law Geoff absolute gems. He's just proof that there's a bad apple in every barrel.
