7)Some idiot standing in front of the field, waving a rag, trying to get run over! :shifty:

That was back in the days when they didn't let you know about everything that would hurt or kill you, and people had a great time. Now everything will hurt or kill you and they let you know about it whether or not you really want to hear it. Bunch of gloomy Gus's. :)

I've been looking at the pic at the top. I noticed something strange about the car with JA on the bumper in front. What is that by its left rear tire? Looks like another tire to me. I also noticed that the track is oiled. I guess to cut down on the kiddies breathing all that dust, which would be the least of their parents worries seeing how the cars have no roll over protection. Ahhhh.... the good ol' days. :D

How about the kid in the second row without a helmet..... :shock: reflectors...reflectors it was prized baseball cards in the spokes to give you that "sound" you know the one.....yeah that slappitty slappity thing we all claimed was a motorcycle.....the slot car track on the front stoop because kids were not allowed inside during the summer that's what the outside was for, the six or seven extension cords to get your power to the track until your dad could make a "proper one" for you so you could still "stay outside"....

Surprising we all aren't dead from wrecking a bike not wearing a seat-belt or being outside in the environment for hours on end from June to August....

That is Rusty back there. I am surprised you don't recognize him.
