I'm in SEC football heaven today (Georgia v Tennessee, LSU v Mississippi State, etc), and I am mystified about something... Why in the world is Mississippi State (maroon and white), wearing bright pink socks and shoes? Is my TV out of whack?

edit- It looks like some of the players have white shoes, but they all have pink socks and some have pink gloves like a little girl going to Sunday School.

probably something to do with breast cancer awareness is my guess.
