So my wifes 2007 Dodge Charger has been a good car overall but it has had a few issues and she has been wanting a new Challeger for a couple years now. Now with the kids getting older and not needing car seats it was time to try and get her into one. So for our Anniversary today, I took her out car shopping yesterday and we ended up with this 2014 Billet Silver Challenger SXT with the Super Sport package. This is such a awesome car, while not a V8 it just screams classic muscle car whenever I look at it. So with that said, I decided to skip the flowers this year!

That is SHARP!!!
If I was in the market for a new ride right now, I'd be hard pressed not to seriously consider one!
Enjoy! :D

Happy Wife, Happy Life!
VERY nice car she picked out! I am the Challenger's number one fan and will own one at some point.
305Hp is plenty of punch in that thing. Same motor my Jeep Wrangler has and I love it...but I only got 285Hp. Tell her she has awesome taste in colors - Billet Silver is what my wife picked out for her Wrangler.

First of all, Happy Anniversary.
Now, how did you negotiate "car OR flowers" rather than "car AND flowers"?

Wow, you leave you alone for ONE weekend...
VERY NICE.
The question I have is, how many slot cars did you get?

Great car Lee. Love the color to. Mrs Listerstorm looks very happy. Problem is the next anniversary, how are you going to top a new Challenger?

Dodge /Chrysler bring all sorts of cars into Australia to sell (Nitro, 300 etc), but sadly not the Challenger.
I would buy one of those in a heartbeat. Classic Muscle car looks with all the modern conveniences.
I really think that they would sell here.
You guys get all the cool cars. We haven't had a cool car here since the '70s, sure the new Falcon GTs and HSV commodores (I think they are called the Chevy SS over there) are nice cars and lots of grunt, but they don't look anywhere near as cool as that.
I'm seriously Jealous.
Greg, the only way he can top that new Challenger, is with an old one, did someone say classic wax ?

Thanks everyone! Yeah how to top this next year? Funny enough my wife asked me how I plan to do that..lol I don't think that is possible unless I brought her home one in Sublime Green, but she works hard and puts up with me so she deserves this. Its a good thing I love my truck because I wont be getting to drive this anytime soon...

Have one of those myself. Fantastic road car. Not as fast as my Mustang GT but much nicer for
everyday driving. The 'stang is just too much work to drive. I do enjoy the occasional "squirt", but
for travelling the Challenger in far nicer.
