You must have been too far away from the folks with the herbal smoke around them, racer.
Kelly's Heroes was a favorite right away among the movie quoters around my world. My kids grew up having fun with movie quotes, a sneaky way I trained them in memory games. My wife is always saying, "There you go with those negative waves, Moriarty!"

This brings back fond memories of the barracks dayroom in Iceland when this or movies like MASH or Catch 22 played on AFN. ( If you are an MST 3000 fan imagine 30+ wisecracking robots in the same room.) Kellys Heroes had quite an All Star cast for "lower budget" movie, too.

Sutherland said something when he did the "woof woof"- In one movie he said, "That was my first dog impression". In another movie, years later, he said, "That was my second dog impression". Bizarre, eh?
