I have to agree that not all pastors are uptight. Some of us has an interesting sense of humor.

I like to have fun in what ever I am doing. I give people a hard time and they shovel it right back. I have a feeling that your pastor and I would get along just fine.

Its a lesson I learned in seminary long ago. Proper preachers are all about responsibility and scholarship, intertwined with presiding duties. Pastors are family. I was great at one, a disaster in the other. So I don't preach for living, just filling in from time to time. I'm everybody's pastor. Its where I belong. I have the greatest respect for those gifted and selected to do both. Big job.

Thanks for posting that Jeremy. Needed a chuckle this morning and that did the job nicely.

For Halloween he dressed his Prius as a ballerina. Complete with a too-too and a halo. He is a funny dude.

I love it! Besides, I've seen my pastor wear Hawaiian shirts while speaking...I like laid back.

Tubby - all Prius' are ballerinas...I pick them out of the grille of my mighty Jeep ;)
