Well. 'Tis Christmas Eve for us down here. So, it seems like the best time to wish you all "Compliments of the Season"

Enjoy your time with family and friends and those most important to you.
If you're travelling, stay safe. Be careful and arrive alive.

My mother is insistant on roast of pork and all the trimmings even when it's 40℃ outside. Me? I'd rather just salads. There is a growing tradition for seafood for Christmas, but that gets a bit pricy.

But, in typical holiday tradition,whatever it is there will be lots and lots of it.

Enjoy whatever you do.
