He doesn't know what his donor car was, either. It was 1955, not '66, and there was only one ever built. Where ever that transmission came from, I bet it didn't come from anything named Lincoln Futura.

Chuck Haines does have a lot of stuff. The indy cars are surprisingly affordable, starting at around
$30 Gs and going up from there, depending on what it is, how complete and it's history. He has
been a good source for Can-Am cars and parts, with lots of Hewland parts for those of us who tend
to break them a lot.
