Brrrrr. It is -7 here and that is tropical compared to others.

Five degrees here in Connecticut, practically a heat wave. It is a little windy however which does not help. I saw -2 a couple of days ago. There have been problems with pipes freezing, including a hotel that had its main sprinkler line burst in the attic which really soaked everything down to the lobby.
The lowest temperature that I have ever seen was -20 and it was windy that day. I was at work and just the few minutes that it took to get to my car was difficult.

Yesterday- 42 - raining going to work. And buddy in CT had thunder...
Last night- 28 - clear coming home from work
This morning- 6 - sunny and cold

What the heck happened overnight while I was sleeping??? :think:

It was a frosty 2 at day break here in beautiful East Tennessee and I belive it's going to rocket up to 19 for the high. It's OK, but I really wouldn't want this around for weeks. Best of luck to all those that are colder, Brrrrr.

It was 33 here this morning and with the wind chill it felt like the 20's. High today 47. This is still Florida isn't it or did the whole state shift northward when I wasn't looking??

Here in Ohio it was 22 yesterday morning that went to negative 12 this morning... Brrr! The good news is - it is supposed to be pushing high 30's by the weekend! :D

Eh, I say we get him anyway. He was thinking warm! We'll form the Anti Dave society- I mean mob. We might not be very scary, though, since we're so cold we move in slow motion.

Today's high, 20F. Last night's low, 7F. Gusty wind for over 24 hours, too.

It was -10 degrees this morning here in the Ann Arbor area with -35-degree wind chills. Fantabulous.

Here in NE Indiana at 1115 it's -5. We're supposed to have a high today of 3 (warm compared to yesterday) and tomorrow it's supposed to get up to 21! I couldn't go into work because of all of the travel restrictions yesterday fortunately today is my day off. Been going out and starting the SUV every 5 or 6 hours just in case. Going to be a big mess on Friday......mid 30s and rain changing to snow. Spring is when?

I know it's not what you'd consider cold, but it's been 5 and 6C here over the last few nights. And daytime temps of 18C. AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SUMMER! Seems other places in the country are getting summer, but we aren't.

Minus 15 last several days with wind chill minus 45. I think they broke a record here for
the lowest high temp at O-Hare. I heard that every state on the continental U.S. had
some place below freezing. I am just not a fan of cold weather.

I just heard on the news that a prisoner who escaped from a minimum security prison actually presented himself back at the prison after spending a night out in the cold.

It hasn't been very nice the last 3 days. Cold and windy, sounds like a broken record. It's 18 right now feel like it's tropical out compared to yesterday with a high of 1. My brother called me Sunday and asked if it was cold, I said yes it's about 35 and raining. He told me it was supposed to be 70 in Phoenix, I told him I didn't want to hear it. The older I get the more I'm liking warmer weather. :lol:

I do a 2 1/2 mile walk at lunch daily. It was 6 without the wind, -5 with it yesterday. I just bundle up.

Today, it was 48...go figure.

I've been getting blasted with a cold North wind, too. Hilo's low was 61F yesterday (probably more like 56 where I live a few miles inland), which is pretty close to the record. I need to buy an electric blanket! 32F here on the mountain top.
