Now that IS cool but I agree on the dice. Even I have fuzzy dice in my boat courtesy of my son Jake. Jim

I would feel much better if there was a sign by that car that says, "I did not muck up two classic Chevys to build this car."

Rob, it's actually 3 classic Chevies. '57, '58, and '59. The '58 is right on the rear of the doors on the side trim. I've seen this car before, a few years ago. :)

Cool find. I hope that guy never needs parts for that old Johnson Sea King electric shift outboard though. The last time I needed to find a shift switch it took me 2 months to find it and cost me $500.00.
I have been fixing boats for 20 plus years and ain't never seen this before. I do how ever know of a guy that has a late 50's Hydradine boat that has the tail fins of a 1958 Murcury Turnpike Cruiser with a mercuiser 165hp sterndrive in it and spring suspention on the seats.

I wonder if he has to weight the bow to keep the stern wash out of the boat when he slows?

That is a way cool boat.
The custom is built on a Corvette frame. Remember when it was first posted.

I've always wanted an Austin-Healey boat. Yes they do exist, but are very rare over here.
They were on the likes of a small CrissCraft, inboard using a Sprite engine. I have only
seen one in real life.
