Last Winter, I happened to notice that Harbor Freight were selling domestic-sized snow blowers, about the size of a lawn mower for $120.

I was in our local garden machinery dealers here, just before Christmas, and saw the almost identical thing for £1200! Yes twelve hundred pounds!

If you weren't familiar with the expression "Rip-off Britain" before, you are now.

TsgtRet - I'd call you out next time to help, but I'm not sure that would make it out here.

Buddy of mine has a light weight plastic plow you can push with a car. Weighs like 50 lbs. When he bought it, everyone laughed. When he plowed his 150' driveway in no time flat with over 2' of snow, the laughter stopped. Straps on to the car. He uses an old Jeep Cherokee to push it.

Now, how many snowplows have their own Grey Pupon :think: :think:
