David, ol' bud, you have my sympathy.

As a long time LSU fan, I can only say, keep the faith for the 4th quarter. Woof.

Yes. 4th quarter releases are always strong. We had to wait all year for the Challenger and Cougar, and even the McLaren was a late bloomer.

But be patient, this time of year is always a little light.

As a defensive lineman many years ago, I tend to sympathize with the guys on defense, but damn. Denver is hurting.

Call off the suicide watch! I'm fine, thanks.

Having been a Broncos fan since 1977, I'm no stranger to Super Bowl losses after great seasons. It was an awesome season to watch, I still love #18, LOVED the Tebow commercials, and will be back next year for more. Oh, and since we're a house divided, I'll still talk smack to the wife about her Steelers and will root for them in the SB's they play in - hey, I'm an AFC guy!

As for me, God is in control, the sun will come up tomorrow, I have a job that provides for the family, and Denver can draft a new defense in May!

Somebody's going to win and somebody's going to lose, and that's just the way it is. The way I look at it is they were both good enough to get there, so in a way they are both winners. :)
